Why thank you for asking. Let me tell you what I have been learning! God has been challenging me greatly from the book of Ecclesiastes, and a look at a life without its focus on God. I have been learning that I must be content today. I only have today. I cannot live in the past,or wish for the good old days. I also cannot hope for the future as an escape from the present. This is particularly hard right now as I am leaving Peru. I cannot help but look forward to seeing all my friends and family, yet am dreading the thought of leaving my life here in Peru. I cannot wish my time away to be home, nor live in the shadow of my past year, but, I can be content right now, with only several weeks left, and can rest assured that God will continue to use me today. That is tough to do, but rewarding.
