We attended a wedding at our church and met up with quite a few other ARRIBA students! What a nice surprise! We were able to call Gloria, Seth’s Peruvian mom for her birthday. The picture of us three girls represents three years of living at the Huaman household.
I am just glad that no one lost an eye playing lawn darts!
We grew lettuce this year, and we were just amazed at how fast it grew!
Awhile back we had a guy’s overnighter at church. This is what some of
them looked like when it was all done. I think I looked worse!
Yep, we are moving. It is actually pronounced “moooooooooooooooooving” when it happens in our lives. It is never quite as easy as it sounds.
We are in transit to moving (remember the correct pronunciation) closer to church. We have been living in the north metro for the past 11 months and are now moving to the south metro, only 6 minutes from church. It will be great – once we get in.
We will post about the details in the future when we can share a happy ending, but for the moment we are just moooooving.

A while back we had a special activity for those who memorized and quoted James 2 (some weren’t able to make it, but we still had fun).
Crystal at times interprets at the Psych Ward for her job. Much of the time is spent just waiting around for special meetings, so they fill it with conversation and games. It is amusing that one of the favorites is “Crazy Eights.”
