        Path: The author tells the story of redemption from the Fall in the Garden to baptism of Jesus Christ. He presents an interpretive look at the core narrative of the Bible, and brings the reader to the point of God\u2019s great gift to this world.<\/span><\/div>\n

        Sources: The Biblical stories, which are at times too strange to be fiction, are brought together in a fascinating presentation of God\u2019s great plan.<\/span><\/div>\n

        Agreement: I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The author\u2019s own study, and imagination brought new parts of the story to light, and encouraged me to see rethink past assumptions. Divided into 25 chapters allowed us to pace ourselves through the book and finish on Christmas day.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

        Disagreement: The reader needs to be careful not to accept every word of the author\u2019s interpretation as biblical fact. His ability as a storyteller will pull you into the plot, but the Bible does not reveal everything.<\/span><\/div>\n
        <\/span><\/div>\n
        Personal App: It brought the Christmas story to new light.<\/span><\/div>\n
        <\/span><\/div>\n
        Favorite Quote: \u201cGod cannot be hurried.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n
        <\/span><\/div>\n
        Stars: 4.5 out of 5<\/span><\/div>\n

        This book could be read at any time, not merely in preparation for Christmas. It would be worth another read and I would recommend it.<\/span><\/div>\n
